For those of you considering racing at or attending the Inaugural ARHRA Event in January, here are some shots of the facility taken by myself on December 14, 2002. They are here to give you an idea of what a nice track this is and hopefully help you make a decision to come. Note the blue skies and feel the mid 70 degree sun!

Speedworld Motorplex is one of the oldest drag strips in the country (1962 - Mel Larson Dragway). Over the years its gone through myriad updates and improvements and now stands with Cordova (it has the same "feel") as one of the most racer and fan friendly tracks in the country.

How cool is this! You want drag strip food? Here's were you can eat it - under the tower.

All over the Phoenix area there are "5 & Diner" cafes with absolute 50s & 60s decor. They will host the pre-race "Cackle Offs".
